Havillah Group of Schools had its 10th graduation, speech and prize giving ceremony on the 24th of July, 2021.
The ceremony was graced by the deputy governor of Kwara State, Hon. Kayode Alabi. Other dignitaries like Mrs. Dorcas Ibidunni Taylor, Chief E. A Ojo and Mrs. Ojo were welcomed by the host, Deacon Oluwayemisi Agege and the Patron, Mr. Paris Agege. The principal of the college and the headmistress were also very much present at the ceremony. The venue was filled with the college students, primary school pupils and their parents. Other invited guests were also present.
After the opening prayer, and other introductory sessions, the proprietress welcomed and addressed everyone in attendance cheerfully. The guest speaker, Mrs. Dorcas Ibidunni Taylor also addressed everyone.
The event was full of prize giving, creative and educational presentations by the basic school and the college, and lots more.
His excellency, the deputy governor of Kwara State did not fail to cheer the children up during their wonderful presentations. He also presented awards and prizes to the graduands. Parents of the awarded pupils did not also miss the opportunity of taking pictures with the deputy governor, Hon. Kayode Alabi.
The meeting did not come to a close until the school patron addressed the graduates and every invited guest. He also appreciated everyone who attended the ceremony.
The graduates and every invited guest did not also miss out on the buffet lunch that was made available on that day. To crown it up, the graduates and guests took their time to dance, dance and dance!
